💅 My name is Juliana, and the world of nail design captivated me back in 2009. As a young mother, I was searching for a way to balance caring for my family while also doing something that would bring me joy and satisfy my creative spirit. During my maternity leave, I picked up a nail brush and immediately knew I had found my passion. That was the beginning of a journey filled with challenges, learning, and the joy of creating.
🎓 Today, I am the founder of Juliannea Academy, an online platform that provides high-quality, in-depth nail design courses to women (and men) worldwide. My mission is to help you understand that quality always comes before quantity and that speed does not define the skill or success of a nail technician.

👩🏫 My work is built on a deep understanding of nail structure, the chemistry behind nail products, and the logic behind every step of the sculpting process. These insights come from years of experience and study and are the foundation of every course I offer.
• Chemistry of nail materials – I will explain precisely how adhesion works between the natural nail and the material (or between different layers), why nails may lift, and how to prevent or fix these issues.
• Nail anatomy and physiology – I teach nail technicians how to work in harmony with the natural nail, ensuring long-lasting, healthy results for their clients.
• The art and logic of nail sculpting – Every step in nail sculpting has a reason. I will show you how to create perfect shapes and flawless designs without unnecessary stress.
💖 This knowledge is not just a part of my courses – it is my passion, and I love sharing it with my students.
My Milestones
📌 2009 – I discovered the world of nail design and started experimenting during my maternity leave. It was just the beginning, but I knew I had found something special.
📌 2013 – I launched my professional nail career, first working in a shared salon, then opening my own space, where I could grow and develop my skills.
📌 2015 – I found a passion for teaching and started mentoring other nail technicians. Since then, I have helped dozens of professionals refine their techniques and discover their unique style.
📌 2019 – I became an ambassador and educator for the prestigious Slovak brand RUSCONA, collaborating on product development and testing. These are the materials I continue to use in my courses today.
📌 2020 – The pandemic changed everything, pushing me to adapt. I launched my first online courses, which became a huge success and opened the doors to online education.
📌 2023 – I founded Juliannea Academy, my own online nail school. I transitioned fully to online education, ending in-person trainings to focus on making professional learning accessible to students worldwide.
