1. Purchasing and Accessing Courses

How can I buy a course?

Choose from our extensive collection of complete courses, or customize your own learning experience by selecting individual nail art tutorial videos.

📌 Steps to purchase:

1️⃣ Add your chosen courses to the cart.
2️⃣ Apply any available discount codes at checkout.
3️⃣ Complete your purchase using our secure payment gateway for the fastest access.
 
 
When will I get access to my course?

Within 24 hours after payment confirmation, you’ll receive an email invitation to access your course via Google Drive. Usually, this happens much sooner, but since invitations are sent manually, there might be a slight delay.

📌 Tip: If you don’t see the invitation, please check your spam/junk folder.

How will I access my course?

 After payment, we’ll send an invitation to the email you provided. Make sure this email is linked to a Google account.

📌 Where to find your courses?
On Google Drive, under the “Shared with me” section.
Once you have access, you keep it forever! 🎉
For the best experience, we recommend using the Google Drive app on mobile devices.
 
Can I buy a course as a gift? 

Yes, gifting a course is easy! 🎁 

Option 1: Gift Voucher

Choose from our available vouchers or create a custom amount.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a voucher, including a unique discount code matching its value.
The recipient can use this code to buy any course they like.
 

 Option 2: Specific Course

During checkout, mention that your purchase is a gift.
Once processed, we’ll send you a voucher with a unique course code.
The recipient can contact us with the code, and we’ll grant them access.

2. Certificates and Business Licensing

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! A certificate is automatically included with every course. We don’t require exams – we trust that you’re here to learn and grow! 💖 

📌 Certificate details:

Delivered via email in PNG format within 30 days of purchase.
It will display the name you provided during checkout.
If you’d like a title or specific name format, please include it in your order details.
 

📌 Note: We don’t send physical copies, but you can print your certificate on high-quality 250g paper for a professional look.

Can I start a business with this certificate?

Our certificates are not accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic, so they do not qualify you to start a business legally. 

📌 However, they provide valuable skills and strong foundations to help you build a career in nail design.

3. Technical Issues and Guidelines

Can I share my courses with a friend or colleague?

No, your course access is strictly personal and linked to your Google Drive email.

📌 Important: Sharing or distributing course content is strictly prohibited and protected by Copyright Law No. 185/2015 Coll.
📌 Violations may result in legal consequences.
 
I’m having trouble playing the videos. What should I do? 
📌 Check your Google Drive storage. If it’s full, the videos might not load.
📌 If you see a “Playback limit exceeded” error: Try downloading the video directly to your device.
📌 For mobile users: We recommend the Google Drive app for the best playback experience.

Can I take your courses even if I don’t use Ruscona products?

Yes, absolutely! 🎉 All the knowledge in my courses is universal and can be applied to any brand of nail products.

I focus on product types, their properties, and correct application rather than specific brands. Once you understand how the materials work, you’ll be able to work with any professional nail system.

4. Order Errors and Contact 

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

 📌 No worries – just contact us! 😊

If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we can resolve it with a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind after course access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds.
